A company that does it right. The technician was on schedule and called to confirm arrival time. The Technician introduced himself, stated what the procedure would be and asked questions about our unit. He used shoe coverings, worked efficiently, and explained what he had done upon completion. Then he sends an e-mail with a detailed explanation. Thanks to the tech Mick W***** for great job done, to Sarah, who took the call and Western Heating.

Western Heating has great service. Sunday early morning (December 23,2018 heater (Furnace) stopped working and called the after hour number and they were out right away and took care of the problem. Thank you, Great service and good prices.

We have used Western Heating and Air for years because of the honesty and knowledge of the company, they are one of the best in the area! We recently had our winter maintenance (they have a Blue Ribbon offer for your spring A/C and winter heating maintenance which we get every year) the service tech Todd G was great to work with, he talked to us about everything he checked to make sure our unit was ready for the winter, he is a great asset to the company!
