6/24/20. I've dealt with Western in the past, and they did great. This time my experience was different, due to the technician that came to my home. He rang my doorbell, I opened the door, he was at his truck. I opened my garage door, and he walked in and went straight to the furnace. No 'good morning'. No introduction as to who he was. No confirmation of what he was going to do. I had to ask the questions. He glanced at me once while I was speaking to him. No eye contact. I let him do his thing.
