Western Heating and Air sent a service technician to my home in less than 24 hrs from when I contacted them with an Air Conditioner problem. Service Tech Darren arrived on time, promptly and efficiently diagnosed and repaired my air conditioner problem and had it up and running again in under an hour of his arrival. Thank You.

Chris came to find out why the a/c was not cooling the house. He was very thorough and explained the tests that he did and the things that he found. I felt very confident that Chris had correctly identified the source of the problem. Chris got the system working as well as could be done given the problems he identified so that we'll have some a/c while we figure out the best course to take with repair or replace options.

They do good work. My only problem is that their Blue Ribbon maintance contrcats are to expensive compared to others in the business.
