Lloyd came out very timely, found the problem and fixed it. He also answered all of my questions. I appreciated his help and information. I will call Western again for my future heating and cooling needs.

The company just replaced our 14 year old high efficiency HVAC system with a new Carrier system. They were all very professional and the job was done quickly and efficiently in one day. We are now enjoying a significantly better quieter more efficient system with a super special air filtration system. Amazingly we hardly hear the new system which works very efficiently. Jason and the Western team of installers were great.

Western, unlike another popular local company, has always been very fair and honest with us. We have had them out several times since our very bad encounter with another company that changed their name. In fact, we get them out every year now to service and do any necessary repairs. We have had several service men out, including Zach and Doug. They have all been nice and knowledgeable.

Years ago I had Western Heating install a furnace in my old home. It was a great experience with no problems, so when I needed a new furnace I called them again. David provided a full explanation of the equipment, installation and bid. Jarad and Dustin installed the equipment, provided updates and cleaned the area. Western even completed the rebate paperwork. The whole project was done in a professional manner.

Doug at Western Heating was so very helpful in getting our Heat Pump fixed. There was an issue with the warranty, which he made sure was straigtened out so there was little cost to us. He was very personable & friendly, showed up when he said he would & was flexible to what time was best for us. Western has a very good employee in Doug.
We had service on our air conditioner from Lee. He explained everything well and made us feel comfortable. We are confident that he provides excellent service.
