Todd G**** came out to do my fall/winter Blue Ribbon check up. Todd does a great job and explains what he is doing. He not only has the knowledge of his work, he has the knowledge of working with the customer. Todd goes 101% of the way on everything he does. When he leaves the unit looks brand new and the work area is spotless. He likes and takes pride in his work, I look forward in seeing him in the spring for my summer check up.
