We decided to replace our entire 25 year old HVAC system and water heater before we had 3 separate emergencies happen. Several local HVAC companies gave us bids, and in the end, we chose Western Heating. They did not disappoint us. They listened to our needs and gave us a fair quote. They showed up on time, worked their tails off, and had everything in perfect working order in two days, as promised. finally had my 1960's gas furnace replaced in March 2018, needless to say it was not efficient. after talking with nearly every dealer in the area I had Western come out and give me a bid. It wasn't the cheapest of the bunch but it was right in line, I chose the 95% efficiency rated Courier system including an A/C unit, My first, and installing new duct work. Todd G the technician for Western H/A was excellent he explained what he was doing to inspect the H/A and made recommendations with quotes on what we should consider doing. I have already recommended Western to a neighbor and plan to do the same with any neighbor wanting to know who to call to set up servicing arrangements with for their H/A units

We had our air conditioner and furnace replaced after 21 years of service. Sam J***** was the project manager; Colton, Scott and Archie were the technicians. From the spec visit to completion, Western was first rate; professional. Sam did not try to sell us more than we needed. We initially selected the lowest offering but increased it to a higher level after doing some more research and deciding it would be worth the extra money. Western H/A has serviced our units for the first time in the fall and second time this month. We appreciate the email notifications for scheduling an appointment time that works for best for us.
