Our air conditioning unit failed on Friday afternoon, so we called Western for help. Mike arrived within half an hour and went right to work. He quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem and advised us on our repair options and he cost. Within an hour the unit was working again. We're so grateful we didn't have to go even one day without air conditioning in the mid-July heat.

Kudos to Chris S****** for quickly troubleshooting and repairing our AC with temps expected near triple digits today. Was stressing about the warranty being expired as I could not bring up the SN of the unit on the Carrier website, nor remembering if I had registered it after install 7 years ago, but the warranty was still good. They must have registered it for me after install! A lot of lost sleep last night for nothing!

Outstanding service technician. It is hard to find enough words to describe our experience. Obviously an experienced trouble shooter and very pleasant. He is an asset to Western Heating and Air Conditioning. I would have him work on our furnace or air conditioner anytime.

Have had several HVAC companies in the past that weered okay but not exceptional. I called Western because I know one of their employees,. Sean was right on time and able to take care of my AC. Besides being extremely qualified technically he is also great guy. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered my questions. I look forward to having my furnance tuned-up, tis fall.
