We have been a Blue Ribbon customer of Western Heating for many years. Their service technicians are great. Darren has been to our home a number of time to service our furnace or a/c. He is always professional and polite and we glad that he seems to be the person that Western sends.

i contacted this co. for a second option on a hvac system. i used their im service on their website for a callback since it was after hours. they contacted me first thing the next morning and sent paul f. out within an hour. he did an incredibly thorough consultation inspecting all parts of the hvac system including the ducts. He explained the system i had and what it was doing for my home and the improvements the new machines would give me in an easy to understand manner. he asked important questions i hadn't though about l... read more

Western Heating was prompt and polite in setting up a Saturday morning service call to fix the blower on my furnace. Todd came early in the morning and worked until the problem was fixed. I appreciated his diligence in trying to solve the problem. At first he thought the entire circuit board was bad and would need to be replace but he still tried a couple of other things and Eureka! one of them worked! Thanks Todd and Western Heating. All of this cost me nothing since the furnace was still under warranty.

Jacob K was the technician that came to service our A/C and heating units. First thing he did was introduce himself and then put covers on his shoes. He checked all units and then talked to us about running the fan constantly during the summer months to add maximum efficiency to the A/C unit.
