I had one of the best experiences here. I gave birth to my daughter a few weeks ago and the labor and delivery staff was amazing!!! I couldn't ask for a better group of ladies to have by my side during this special moment. They made my husband and I feel right at home. Their recovery room was amazing as well. I recommend West Valley a hundred times over. These ladies are amazing ❤❤❤❤
Thank you to all the amazing people at West Valley that took care of my husband during his recent surgery and stay. West Valley was a little out of the way for us but I would recommend them to anyone for their hospital needs.
Never in my life did I ever think of having kids be born in Caldwell. But now having my second be born at West Valley by the same Dr. I wouldn't have it any other way. Awesome people from door to door, regarding on position held. Knowledge and hospitality are amongst the best, once again THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Father-in-law was in comfort care...staff were great, made everyone feel comfortable, had a snack cart, and there were no issues with the large group of people there to pay final respects!
They told the Doctor they had everything the need the day before the Surgery. They didn't have a very important part and the surgery was canceled. The staff was very nice to me and tried to comfort me after the Surgery was canceled.I'm still upset.
Where to start!? Everyone was so wonderful & caring & very loving. Best bed side manner from all nurses/aids/drs/etc. I've heard rumors of this hospital being called "Death Valley Hospital"... it has changed completely. A great hospital! Something that I thought was so sweet & beautiful was the magical sweet music box tune that played throughout the hospital for at least a minute...every time a baby is born...simply amazing.
My mother went through surgery here. My step father has been hospitalized here as well. I myself have had surgery at this hospital. My family and I love the doctors and nurses, and other staff at West Valley. We have had, and still receive good quality care.
Will never recommend this hospital to anyone...in the last month my grandpa has been in and out of this hospital due to the stupidity of the drs and nurses.....he is currently here because it is the closest to his house but he would not be here if the nurses and discharge dr would have made sure he got the meds he needed.....they almost killed him because of this.
