The care I received from the RN, imaging tech and the MD were phenomenal. I was really concerned to see that there weren't enough aids per RN ratio and so it seemed the the RN was doing a lot of foot work which caused the wait time for call light responses to be longer than is ideal. I'm an employee for another hospital so I usually go there and will most likely do so in the future. The room I was in was ver depressing too. The staff was fantastic though.
Thank you to the wonderful ER, Emt, Radiology and Medical Records Departments. My 12 year old came in with severe migraine + other issues we had never experienced before! Such wonderful care was given.
There's no way we could have had our baby anywhere else West Valley Medical Center staff are fun friendly and truly amazing people very good experience
My mother was released from your hospital, She was supposed to be having in home nursing that was supposed to come and administer IV antibiotics. She came home yesterday and nobody has shown up yet. I hope this hospital gets its act together. My mother and I both feel that she was sent home way to soon.... Shame on you if I could give a 0 I would.... Start taking care of your patients....
