We are so pleased with West Valley and the hospitality and concerns. From the lady who checked Gaylord in ,the pre-op and post- op team to all who kept me informed during surgery. Had a wonderful Nurse when we got up on 3rd floor. Special cudoes to Desiree and MA Kristine. Who stayed on top of pain management and comfort. Also made me feel special too. Thanks to our special Doctor Nicola and his staff too. Made this experience so pleasurable. Thanks also to housekeeping and all others that were involved in our care!
My mom fell turns out she has fractured ribs we were taking such good care of I can't say enough about how we were treated and I've been telling everybody I can think of just how well we were treated I want to say thank you to everybody for the treatment my mom got
I must day that this is the fitst time that I was treated with respect. Got right into the ER. I was very sick with very low BP. They decided to keep me in the Critical Care unit. They had to call someone in just for me. Normally the Nurses have 3-4 patient. The person I had only had me Needless to say I was very sick and Tim made my stay easier for me. So overall good experience.
I got to tell everybody I hear a lot of bad things about West Valley but me my wife just had a baby there and let me tell you it was the most amazing experience that we could ever ask for. We both have together five kids and we been in several different hospitals for them and the companionship the caring nurses and just the all-around visit was absolutely wonderful God bless this Hospital they're so amazing.
I attended the cardiac rehabilitation department. The staff was amazing. Trees, Wayne, and the CNA'S that worked with me were so professional, kind, warm, and respectful. I was completely blessed to get such a great team of people to care for me. Thank you all for my care. I would highly recommend going if you are unfortunate enough to have heart problems. Always.
