Worst visit of my life!! The nurse Joann was the worst i have ever had in my 35 years of breathing! First she slammed a needle in my arm so hard i felt it go right through my vain and then she pulled blood way to fast the lab had to come take more and when she didnt take enough joann came to draw more and she didnt PUT ON GLOVES TO DRAW MORE BLOOD! Doc saw me once and that was for the initial visit.. i may never go back to west valley!
The wait time here is ridiculous. They need to open another ER here in caldwell. People from parma marsing Middleton and all surrounding areas come here. Seriously open a new location.!!!!
I had back surgery 2 days ago. From preop labs/EKG, to check in, to the preop nursing staff who got me ready, did 2 excellent IVs (and everyone always seems to miss my veins), gave me meds to relax me as I was very nervous, got me back to OR - excellent OR staff, fantastic Surgeon, Dr. William Bradley...came out of surgery, got me to my room and got me in pain control ASAP. I was in the ER on the 5th of July. Was told my problem was coming down from pain meds. Prescribed more!!!. Saw primary care doctor the next day. Did EKG then another. Sent immediately to St. Luke's downtown Boise. After nuclear stress test, which I flunked and an angiogram I am diagnosed with heart failure. Hmm.
They make you all this exams n they dont even know whats wrong with you
