West valley is horrible just this month they've sent home 2 people I know in tears and in pain because the Drs are asswholes I feel bad for the people in the emergency department that actually are good workers they have a few good ones but wow y'all should be ashamed
Almost killed my mother last year. Had a stroke while in their care and they did nothing. Took almost 24 hrs to get an mri done. Then they sent her home with me unable to swallow or talk the next day. Tell me we’re Set up for in home care but it was with hospice instead of in home care. After multiple calls I get the staff from St. Luke’s to come evaluate her. After they came they said she should never have been sent home like that and to take her back to the hospital. Absolutely love the care we got when our daughter was born! The nurses were amazing and even made sure my boyfriend was taken care of while we were there! Dr. Ball is an amazing doctor and super helpful through my pregnancy and I'm happy to say she's my daughter's doctor now as her pediatrician!
I felt at home. Good experience. I just went in for day surgery for a stattered heel and they really made me feel comfortable.
Everyone from pre-op to post -op was so amazing. My care was excellent. Thank you everyone for helping me and my family through this time.
Everyone was very helpful and caring and was in a cheerful mood, my only complaint is the male nurse that was there my last couple hours, he seemed careless and didn't provide much privacy when I needed it and I kinda feel like he was trying to push me out the door.
