RecommendedWe had a family member recently pass there. He was a veteran and as the funeral home wheeled him out the staff was there to stand with all of his friends and family for his honor walk.
My wife had a knee replacement there and everyone was wonderful!
the emergency room is the SLOWEST we have been too! checked my husband in and we waited about an hour for a room not to mention they let a person who checked in way later then us get a room before we did....when they FINALLY called my husbands name they put us in a Temporary room saying they would start blood work and didnt even do that! I am very unhappy with this hospital if we didnt live so far out in the country this WOULD NOT be our FIRST choice to come here!
If you have a death wish, you should seek medical treatment at West Valley. Otherwise avoid the place at all costs.

I had to have a heart cath and three stents put in. Even though the staff were professional, they cared for my dignity and still had a sense of humor which helped ease my anxiety. Spencer in pre-op was awesome, ask him about growing beans, and Brielle in the ICU was very compassionate and concerned and explained everything to me
