I very disappointed in this place! My husband had brain cancer. He needed a minor surgery but due to his cancer was kept over night which turned into 48 hours. The nursing staff was the absolute worst. Very incompetent!! Their incompetence cause my husband to suffer 2 seizure simply because they couldn’t get his medication to him in a timely manner. He couldn’t take pain meds without anti nausea meds. Well they continually gave pain meds without anti nausea which made him sick. I was there every second with him & constantly ... read more

While I enjoyed my service that I received during my stay here I cannot recommend this company due to the misleading advertising practices that this company engages in. We had a standard vaginal delivery without a spinal tap. Their pricing https://westvalleymedctr.com/patient-financial/pricing indicates that if we didn't have insurance we'd pay around 4 thousand dollars and when we signed our paper work in the hospital we were told that it would be an even lower number by their staff. I had such wonderful care yesterday from beginning to end. From Stacy who checked me in Shauna, Gary, Craig, Dr Nicola, Dani, Jeff the PT lady I’m sorry I forgot your name and the name of the surgical nurse ... I was well cared for by all the staff, all questions answered, Shauna did such a great job with my iv’s I barely felt it, I am still pain free from a total knee replacement but am following instructions!!! I met Robert ”Slade” Thacker PA over 15 months ago for pain management and depression. He was helpful in pain management. I was sent to Sarah Wilson in his office. She then ordered joint injections and I was sent back and forth with the only result being medication management. I do appreciate the pain management. Overall when I came down to needing help he would not and I fired him! I don't recommend him or Sarah Wilson. Last night i went to the ER after having a saline sonogram performed, which followed with extreme pain and suffering. Marc Manko was my Dr. and he was EXTREMELY rude. He walked into my room, asked me when I would stop making stuff up, and proceeded to tell me this was all in my head and indicated that I was med seeking, because at that point I was already pumped with morphine and another drug and was not showing any signs of improvement. My grandpa was in there today 7/7/20 after taking a fall at home. Had a gash in his head that required staples. He was there for 5 hours and the doctor nor the nurses cleaned his gash or numb his head before putting 6 staples into his head. When discharging him they didn’t give him any care instructions or follow up paper work. Do not go to this hospital unless you want to leave in more pain then you showed up in.

I just had surgery last wed on the 22nd of April. The experience was awesome the staff was good to me even though I might of set of the alarms to much.. lol for what I have had done to me the doctors and the nurses are an amazing team. Keep it up and thank you so much..🤘🤘🤘🤘 Rick A.
