I have a long list of complaints.... leaving me on the commode for an hour, not giving me call light, losing my clothing and shoes, the communication between nurses is horrible, being left alone for surgery when I could have had my spouse with me, poor hand hygiene, not changing my linen, gown when they were clearly soiled. I could go on

West Valley has the WORST billing structure. I received care at the OBGYN in CaldwelI. The medical staff was amazing, but when it came to paying my bill I was incredibly frustrated. WANT to pay my bill! There are 3 or 4? separate places billing, they all have the same-ish name and they have ALL mademistakes on my billing. I dont know who to call to fix it. I have been on the phone for Hours and i am no closer to understanding what my bill actually is. I will never use any West valley facility ever again.

Horrible ER experience with my dad. They don’t follow through, they give horrible care. I will never step foot on that building. Other than to hope through with a claim for negligence.

I laid in that hospital for nine days before they figured out that I was in fact dieing. it was at this point they opened me up and barely saved my life. the only this hospital had going for them at the time was Dr John Agee. other that that, this place sucks.

Came in on a transfer from another hospital. Nurse at intake was rude to me, tried to deny me access with my trained service dog. Trying to claim they only allowed certain service dogs under the new policy. If he was quoting the policy correctly, then the policy is illegal under the ADA. Hospital policies can not be more restrictive than the ADA. The policy needs to be corrected and personel trained properly on the ADA.

The hospital and nurses have been fantastic. The Anesthesiology group you contract with has been a freaking nightmare. We will be looking at going to different hospitals just to avoid them and the ongoing billing issues.
