RecommendedI've heard a lot of good things about this hospital. I have family members that go here. However, the ER staff need to learn how to call people & tell them news over the phone. My brother-in-law walked into the ER, collapsed & died. The ER staff called my sister & instead of saying, "you need to come, your husband's here." They told her, over the phone, "you need to come. Your husband's here & he's died." Really, over the phone?! She had to drive from Boise, with her daughter & grandkids. Think before making a call like that... read more
currently in this hospital after my gallbladder removal. so far so good. these nurses are amazing
had arterial bleeding and was a lot of pain from the tourniquet, asked if they could do something to help ease the pain. Male nurse decided to try to loosen the tourniquet!! could have died here. will never go back
Steve has had a couple surgeries there and they were great. They took very good care of him and very clean. Helpful when we didn't know where to go someone took us
My husband's two cataract surgeries went very well. The personnel were all friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the waiting area is calm and pleasant.
yes I do. was in the hospital and had very good care. my doctor is at west valley medical center. I will never see any other doctor but him. I think if he quits or goes elsewhere I would stop going to the doctor. he is a caring and most patient doctor
I had an angiogram with Dr Payvor. excellent care.
Today is National CERTIFIED NURSES DAY and after my recent heart attack... through ER and a 5 day stay in CCU..... I want to thank all the staff, nurses and Doctors for the excellent care given to me. So a "BIG THANK YOU !!!" Pastor Wayne Schuler....
Yikes! I will never go here again or bring my kids here. Will drive the extra miles to st lukes
