They were quick friendly and I was just overall satisfied with the amount of care I got from the er staff
Sitting here waiting to be seen and the nurse said to another nurse that I supposedly hurt my wrist.. I am 11 weeks pregnant and not here for pain pills.. I am here to see what is wrong. I ask for a supervisor and get a charge nurse.. not what I ask for and even she seems annoyed that I'm here.. so aren't you guys supposed to take care of your patients? Not make them feel like shit for seeking help?
Had an mri done and the tech was awesome. Asked what music I like so she can have it playing. Was very careful with my injury.
I had a heart attack on the 22nd and from Caldwells Primary Health, the paramedics and West Valley Medical, I had the very best care! The minute I arrived in the ER the nurses were kindest and more caring people ever. Then on to ICU, wonderful nurses there. Even the crew in the Cath dept. Thank you so much West Valley Medical for all your dedication.
Worst place ever rather die at home than die in there
I've gone to WVMC multiple times over the years and never had a bad experience. Yesterday was no different with no waiting time, quick, friendly service, and knowledgeable staff. I appreciated the concern Dr. Moss and the staff showed, and the introductions each one gave was great, showing a personalization of service. I wasn't just patient ABC being handed off to multiple staff but a person who was shown respect and courtesy. I had been sick � for about two weeks and woke up Saturday with my throat burning and raw. My husband kept insisting on taking me so I finally gave in. They were great and a young man name Chris in the ER was so amazing and nice. I was feeling better within hours. My one negative thought is the touch screen at the admitting room. Coughing like I was then touching the screen someone else is going to touch.....yuck
Had a PD catheter put into. I have never seen a hospital staff as kind and professional as this one! The people are fantastic. Everyone I encountered went of of their way to make sure that myself and those with me were as comfortable as we could possibly be. You all made this a great experience. Special thanks also to Dr. Agee for a terrific job! WELL DONE TO EVERYONE!
The best ER system in the Treasure Valley--no hours of waiting before you're even seen. Also the best if you are uninsured as they offer deep, deep discounts for the bill being paid within 48 hours of the visit. Saves more than 3/4 off the full price! Beyond that discount they also have payment plans one can actually afford if you are unable to pay it all right away.
