I just had my daughter here and I can't start to tell you what a great experience it was Dr Robinson did such an amazing job and all the nurses were so polite and had a good sense of humor and got all my husband jokes:) I would definitely refer my friends here!!
I am thoroughly disgusted with West Valleys ER tonight. We brought my 87 yr old father in law in at 700pm tonight and we are still sitting in the ER. We know he's being admitted, but we don't know when and we have yet to be told what he has been diagnosed with. While I will admit the ER is very busy tonight, it seems very unacceptable to me to leave people hanging in limbo like this with no information.
As an employee and also had been a patient for back surgery, I have to say I love this hospital and staff. After reading some of these reviews, all I have to say, EVERY hospital has pros and cons. Not being from Idaho, no immediate family here, except my husband, I was terrified to have surgery, my surgeon, nurses, cna's were all wonderful!!!! This hospital is awesome.
I had a hip procedure on Thursday. All the staff was very nice and knew exactly what I should expect before and after. I think that because it is a smaller facility you get better service. Bigger is not always better. Well done!
Had surgery yesterday & everyone has been very helpful!!!! Thanks to all the nurses & doctor for putting up with me.. West Valley is a great hospital
Have always gotten the care and seen when i needed it the most! I really like West Valley Medical Center. They were able to see me today and took care of me and gave me the help and medication that i needed. The Staff is always so friendly and very helpful when i have gone there!!
I just had my second baby there 4 weeks ago. I Loved the Way They took care Of Me and my baby especially Heather the nurse she was really nice. I wish I could of stay longer. The only thing that I didn't like was that they told me that there was going to be a photographer going to take pictures of my new born and it never happened. But other than that I loved everything during the time I was there. :)
I wanna thank the staff of West Valley, in Caldwell for being quick as possible in helping my mother . much appreciated
