This place has got to be the worst hospital in the entire state of Idaho. 7hrs past by and no care was provided for my father who just had surgery, allergic reaction to meds and low blood pressure. Nurse seemed to be trained to all say "we will get to him soon"... 7hrs and not one healthcare provider could take vitals? If you have a loved one at this facility my suggestion would be to have them transported to a real Hospital where patient care is a priority.
I delivered my 5th baby at WVMC and also was just cared for by the same labor/deliver nurses after a hysterectomy. They are beyond amazing and attentive. There was nothing they lacked or they didn't provide. I can't be thankful enough.
I love the Middleton Clinic! Dr Allen is the best! He takes great care of my family! The staff there is always kind and helpful!
Worst experience I have ever had. Walked out feeling worse than when I went in. They wanted to to blood work and start an IV but couldn't "get" a vein just completely bruised my arm up nod sent me home. Will never go back.
Thank you so much for such great care/service today. The nurses are awesome & the doctor was very kind.
I can't give 0 stars however I want other mothers to know that the doctors at the Obgyn clinic are not concerned about your needs as a mother or your gut feelings or previous pregnancies. Your child will die because of this and then instead of calling you back to set up payments they will just send you to collections. When you push out your dead child they will tell you that you have four hours to leave, and they will not follow up with you unless it's by mail to tell you that you owe more money.
The nurses, doctors, cnas and the rest of the staff were amazing taking care of my Grandma. We also had such a large group in the room all the time, and the brought us snacks and drinks for the family. When we didn't get the news we were hoping for they all ( doctors, nurses, cnas) gave us hugs. They treated us like family.
Thank you West Vally for the fantastic care you are giving my daughter. Everyone has been Great! It is amazing how kind and patient all of her sitters have been!!
