TERRIBLE service. I reached out to someone in sales seeking an extended warranty. Slow and unprofessional responses. I'd think someone in sales would be elated at the prospect of a sale, yet I waited weeks for a response. Unable (or unwilling) to provide a simple write-up of the product. If you're looking for an ass-backwards company, congrats, you found it! And that's just the service, don't even get me started on the Ford "quality". Constantly needing repair. 0/10 would recommend.

my husband ended up totaling his car and it went to the collision shop at west Herr. after working with some numbers Tony McCall placed him in the same car but fully loaded and same payment as he had before. the guys at west Herr were so generous and kind. highly recommend!
My expectations were totally exceeded.
