had a scheduled "quick lane" battery change. After an hour checked in...it was obvious they hadn't even started it as I watched the 4-5 guys that had been standing around start to scramble and finally get started. One of them jacked up a wiper blade and was told they wouldn't charge me for it ....ya think??? I won't be back...

If you haven't seen Mark Scialdone, I don't know what you're waiting for! I bought my first new car ( 2019 Ford Escape) and it couldn't have been easier! Mark went above and beyond to find me all of the discounts and rebates available to give me the best possible rate! It was only a matter of a few days before I was able to pick it up! Ironically I did not end up buying a truck at West Herr. I decided to just buy out my lease on my old truck. But my experience working with Mark was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Never pushy, always careful to put my needs first, and happy to help. I’ve purchased a few vehicles from the West Herr group now and even though Mark didn’t sell me (keep in mind, nobody else did either) he is my favorite. Thanks Mark.

This dealership advertises 100% guaranteed credit approval.... my credit is not great so I figured it would be a feasible option. I sat down with Mark S - who was the most wonderful, understanding, and easy going salesman I've ever met - truly accommodating, so I hope this review does not effect him, however the guaranteed credit approval is NOT accurate. you should not advertise for something you cannot provide as now I wasted my time and money on a ride to get back and forth to a dealership that falsely advertised their fi... read more

West Herr went out of their way to make the experience of car buying better than I could imagine , from bringing a car in from buffalo to even test driving the personal vehicle of the salesman to find the perfect car for me . John Lombardi make the experience easier and more enjoyable, that my family will be back again most definitely!

This was my second time getting a vehicle from West Herr Ford. My first time was great, thanks to John and Glenn and my second time (which was a week ago) was awesome too! The second time I worked with Dianne, Glenn and Jim and they were amazing. Glenn was even able to get my payments lowered a little too! The dealership was clean, all the staff was friendly and fun and very helpful. I bought a used car from them back in 2015. I found out this evening that they sold me a car that had 3 recalls on it!! (Seat belts, air bags, and the engine!) They showed me a car fax report saying that there were no recalls, and obviously it was falsified!! I will never be going back there, especially since they treated my mother and I like we were inconveniencing them!

Tony at West Herr Ford was great! So professional, and easy going! Me and my fiancé did not feel like we were being pushed around like other dealership and the whole process and so fast. I travelled over 4 hours to go to this specific dealer because they had exactly what i wanted and i would go back in the future if that is the case.
