I requested a car was transferred to me in Buffalo, but instead of doing so, they scheduled someone else to test it five days after I originally showed interest and requested a transfer. Then they sold the car and didn’t even bother messaging me back. Terrible service with no concern for customer’s time or happiness. Don’t bother dealing with them.
They were so helpful and they made what had been a stressful car buying search easy!

I went in to West Herr this week to talk about my end of lease options and John F was beyond helpful in helping me make the right choice. I didn’t have any expectations going into the dealership other than talking about what my options are. When I left John helped me save over $2000 by ending my lease 6 months early, buying my mile overage, giving me recent graduate rebates, and a $4000 rebate on a new 2018 Ford Fusion. Thanks John!
