Took my car here to fix an issue it was recalled for . Everyone was great and the work was done very quickly!

They changed my oil and did a NYS inspection. They were courteous and worked quickly.The service attendant reviewed it all with me after they were finished. I would recommend them to others.

Always wonderful staff at West Herr! Just recently stopped in for my complementary oil change after purchasing my 2017 Ford Fusion, and was able to be shuttled back and forth to my house so I didn’t have to sit in the lobby and wait for it to be finished which was wonderful. The staff has always been incredibly polite and helpful at West Herr and answered all of my car related questions! Thanks again guys!
Do not go here!! Have had nothing but problems. I bought my car here and have given them several chances but instead they do nothing but disappoint every time. When I brought it in this week they told me it was a part that was under warranty, but when I picked it up told me it was a part that was not under warranty, and it would cost me $200. Turns out it was a wire that cost me $30 at another place. Do not waste your time!
