They figured out in 20 minutes what took another dealership a year and still hadn't.
Doesn't matter what the dealership name is. But this Ford location is the WORST ever!! No one is helpful once you buy the car. In fact they aren't helpful. I bought a vehicle there, something broke on it a day after the warranty was up. They would do anything for me but charge me to get it fixed. Are you kidding me? This place either needs to be closed to clean house. Never ever will I recommend this place or now a West Herr even. They don't care about you, just a profit.
100% satisfied with the service team!!! They always go above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is running great! Never have trouble getting an appointment even if it's last minute. Jonathan Case, Sarah Heberle and Nicholas Dalton are some of the best!! Thanks!
Bought a used Ford Explorer there. Took it back within it's 3 month limit with brake issues. Was told there was nothing wrong with them and there may be "dirt" in my rotors. Turned out to be my rotors were completely glazed over. Vision Nissan found and fixed the problem for me. Also, brought in a fog lamp to be replaced and was told it was the "wrong side". It was universal and easily installed by Vision Nissan. Your service department needs to learn a lot more about it's own products.
Worst dealer ever I've had to put 2k into my truck and I've had it 9 months they refuse to help since day one they even messed up my paper work that should of been my 1st red flag i have been in touch with the attorney general back and fourth for a while now lawyers are involved they are liars and shady and will do anything to get a deal signed my truck was never even detailed nor cleaned when I came to pick it up. DO NOT GO TO THEM
