My initial experience made me wonder if I would bother going back. After talking to the Service Manager about my less than stellar experience, I was told the issue I had would be taken care of when I returned to have my recall service done. Today the recall was finished and my prior issue was also taken care of. The job was done and my car ready when John told me it would be. Hate it the worst car dealer ship ever I would never ever refer anyone to them they get ya money an waste ya time zero from 1-10 not even a 0 it was a horrific expeince poor poor customer sevice an the people r nasty wolfs in sheep clothing i gave them cash they gives me it back in a check omg i wish i never went there should've went back to vision Dodge in panorama we're I know iam gonna succeed in getting greatness. If the sale to West-Herr was completed recently then I would give them a chance to right the ship. I have dealt with West-Herr in Hamburg and have been treated very good. I would Never do business with Vision.
