Bought a used car there, and shortly after have had some noises and minor issues with the car, but the service manager is going out of his way to figure out what it is and providing service and rental car when needed to help figure out what is causing it.
Excellent customer service and body work at their collision center. Highly recommend!

$105 diagnosis fee because my cruise control stopped working at 50k miles? Ford is making junk nowadays.. I've never heard of a cruise control not working at 52k miles! I will never buy another Ford again! But the people that work here are kind and friendly, I understand this isn't their fault.

My son-in-law just had a u-joint "fixed" by West-Herr. Within three days it failed, causing major damage to his truck. West-Herr's response was "not our fault". I wouldn't take my car for an oil change at this dealership. And, yes, we did attempt to contact Ford corporate; big surprise-no response. We all know what FORD stands for.
