Buyer beware! Scammers tell me one price at the counter for an oil change & should come to 65 dollars. Five minutes later the service advisor Tyler comes to the waiting area to tell me there was suddenly a mixup & the last time I was there, the previous service advisor "took way too much off the price". I asked him how that is my problem & he told me it'll probably be closer to 72 dollars. Not a huge amount but nonetheless it's the point of the matter.
I absolutely loved my experience purchasing a car from West Herr. John Lombardi is my go to guy now for all family purchases. He made a stressful situation easy with no glitches. I am so grateful and will be back before the end of the year to purchase my daughters car!!! THANK YOU!!
