Excellent staff. Very Friendly. I was on my way to Henderson ford, their sales guy couldn’t answer any of my questions, then the manager was being passive aggressive. When I called west here, I was pleased at the response. They knew everything about anything in terms of incentives, buying or leasing. Very highly recommend west herr. Our sales guy was very easy to work with, they even gave me a loaner until my truck came in to avoid the displeasure of driving back home In my old truck.

I would NOT recommend buying from west herr ford. I am a small used car dealer, ordered parts. Was NOT told about being a special order. When going to return parts they charged me a restocking fee. If i were to have went to the local auto zone or advance auto parts i could return with no hassle. Instead Matt the parts manager, would not work with me on this matter. I always try and replace with OEM parts to make the cars i sell the best they can be with poor business ethics like theirs i will now have to order factory parts ... read more
Just bought a brand new 2019 ford ecosport and the wife bought a 2017 Ford Escape titanium... great place to purchase a car. Jim Hardy and Denise Warren were absolutely amazing, From test drive to driving them home they made it easy, and answered all of our questions with none of the usual games that most dealerships like to try and play.... highly recommend this dealership. We will definitely be purchasing here again when the time comes.
