I went to Wells Fargo bank Friday with $4 worth of change ( only 25 pennies) and ask them to convert it to bills for me. They would not do it for me because I wasn’t a customer. I guess no Coin shortage!

Horrible customer service at drive thru
Just tried to deposit cash in my account and they refused told be to go across the street to get a money order.

RecommendedOlga and her supervisor were helpful in cashing some old bonds today. Thank you for being one of the few branches that are still allowing people into the lobbies. I am sorry that you had to deal with some cranky old ladies who did not understand why we all have to wait our turn.
This place here beats ALLLL I have ever seen. First off am a Wells Fargo customer (or let's say I WAS until today) I had a bank acct. AND a mortgage with Wells Fargo for the last 9 years!! I am currently working for Door Dash. One of this banks employees ordered herself and her co-workers Chili's. I mean FOUR full on Meals AND drinks. HUGE bag of food and a drink holder made it hard to carry. Due to Corona and it also being a Friday, they had cars lined up for almost a mile just waiting to turn into the bank. Not happy or impressed at all with the way this mall handles a pandemic. Masks are required inside public spaces, especially crowded ones like this where social distancing is impossible. So many people had their masks pulled down or just didn’t have one at all. I saw several security guards passing by at different times but they didn’t confront anyone about it. Either they or a designated person should be calling people out.
