HORRIBLE! nobody that works the phones has the same information and some we're very rude. I will literally never go near a Wells Fargo or use them for financing again.
Nothing but issues since closed out our previous loan and got a new one.
They sent the original title to me via snail mail and it ended up costing me $60.00 at Motor Vehicle because I didn't have the "original title". Now I want to pay off a second vehicle and they still insist on sending an original document through the mail uncertified, unregistered and untraceable. A Banking Institution refuses to send original documents any other way. Can we say "Screw convenience, screw the customer!" ....... I will never do business with this bank or their services again.
Horrible!! Got a letter claiming they’re going to repo my car because of “late fees”! I pay within the TEN DAY GRACE PERIOD!! I just filed complaints with the CA Attorney General, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau , the BBB and my Congressman
Hands down worst company I have ever dealt with in regards to my vehicles. Poor customer service. Do not recommend you guys to anyone and I will never finance another vehicle using Wells Fargo. If I could give negative stars you would receive them over and over again.
Treated me totally disrespectful and condescending because I'm having money issues cause I couldn't work from mental illness. They implied it was my fault and didn't care they were making my problem worse as long as they were trying to get they're money! Horrible company DO NOT USE them if you can help it!!!!
