This Wells Fargo is by far one of the worst ones I’ve visited. They are always short handed and the lines take at least 25 minutes to get through. They need to hire more employees or consider moving buildings and adding more banking lanes.

this is the worst bank you can bank with. This is the worst Branch you can bank at. These tellers are the sorriest people I have ever seen rude. long lines have to make an appointment just to make a deposit is ridiculous. Don't leave any envelopes for night drops they just a flat-out they don't do diet drops. do not bank here run
I'm a Bank of America customer but I went to this bank to cash a check that was written to Wells Fargo. They refused to cash MY check with MY money because my maiden name was on the check even though I had 2 forms of identification with my maiden and married name. I'm from GA and I was traveling to OK. Today I went to a Wells Fargo in Alabama where the people were very nice and they said all I needed was the same 2 forms of identification that I tried to use at this location in GA. Since when is a teller "not allowed" to give me a deposit slip??? I went through the drive through (because the lobby isn't open yet) to make a deposit. The teller asked me if there was anything else she could help me with. I asked for a couple of withdrawal slips. She replied "I am not allowed to give a withdrawal slip when you make a deposit. I'm a disabled US NAVY veteran and I have been cashing my disability pension check at Wells Fargo Bank for the last four years. It's a government check. Today they refused to cash my check after making me wait outside for social distancing for a half hour. I have never been treated so poorly. I don't recommend anyone doing business with Wells Fargo Bank if that's the way they treat people.
