Please DO NOT use them. Find any other possible bank you can, they are out there. I am finally getting this refi done with Credit Union, and couldn’t be more happy to be leaving WFDS! If I can save one person from using them it would be well worth it! Do your research and use a different bank, PLEASE. Save yourself the time and a lot a lot a lot of headache.
This is a terrible company to do business with especially for car loans. I have good credit and I pay every month. I put in a request for something but they didn't educate me properly on their policies and therefore, the request I had made they said no only because some random human being has the right to sit down and make decisions as they see fit. I was so happy to get approved by them but, now realize that they’re not so great! I have submitted several account reviews, I haven’t received one yet! They charged me for not having insurance but I had it the entire time! They made partial adjustments but never adjusted full amounts which include interest, fees, etc!
Avoid dealing with Wells Fargo Dealer Services if at all possible! I purchased a vehicle from an individual who financed through them....Wells Fargo received their money the 19th of April....Here it is the 3rd of May, and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY TITLE!!! Very VERY sloooooow... They have their money, so why would they care?!!?
Never EVER get a car loan through Wells Fargo Dealer Services. In fact, this is now the second time I've done business with them where they have fucked me over. They refuse to remove a late payment on my CBR even though I have emails from them *admitting* their mistake which is now hurting my chances of refinancing! I've called, I've emailed and I keep getting transferred around or the run-around. Then I was told to dispute it (which I shouldn't have to since it was their mistake) and the dispute was rejected!
