Tellers need to enforce mask wearing by customers. 2 of the 4 customers at this branch had masks pulled down to their chin and their noses and mouth were uncovered. The tellers continued to service them anyway. What is the point of a mask that doesn't cover one's nose??

Went to get change for business and was told they were only allowed to give one roll of each coin. Lol. I guess the only business this branch can supply is a lemonade stand.
This bank is slow and understaffed. We have banked with them for many years and we are planning on switching banks for these reasons. They have recently opened their drive thru back up due to Covid-19, but now you wait in line for at least 20-30 min. Huge disappointment Wells Fargo.

I would strongly suggest you DO NOT make deposits at this branch. The staff is incompetent .They can’t seem to put your money in your account.When that happens , you will wait up to 10 days to get your money in your account ....and you will have to take the time to check every day until it’s done All this because of an incompetent employee and a ridiculous policy This is not the first issue I’ve had with WF. .Im removing all my accounts from Wells Fargo to a bank that has more accountability to its customers.
Since the Bank is closed they could be more supportive of their customers. ie I want to make a deposit via mail and I was referred to Minn. Key Bank is more in tune to helping customers/clients.
