They left the only bank in our community of Pt Reyes Station mid March. NEVER was there anyone there cleaning dirty gloves, masks and litter from the perimeter of their building NEVER did they provide hand sanitizer by THE ONLY ATM in town! They returned this week and the place is filthy outside, the plants are dying and I want Bank of Marin to move in here. Wells Fargo does not belong in or care for our community. Shame on you.

Since there is no way to reach you by phone or email and I am not going to wait in an hour long line to say this, here goes. I live right behind this bank and every night starting around 10pm there is a loud high pitched sound and a blinding floodlight coming from the back of the bank building into my house. I can't even sleep with the windows open on these hot summer nights because the noise is so awful. My husband has been in the bank for 45mins now just trying to make a business deposit.....4 checks and a little bit of cash....absolutely ridiculous that they are taking the deposits to the back and counting them by themself and not in front of the customer....shame on you wells Fargo! This is absolutely ridiculous and we'll be taking our business account elsewhere!

I went to Wells Fargo at 10:00 am to wire my friend some money so she can buy her a house and Luis fiallos a banker told me In The middle of a pandemic I needed an appointment. So I asked let me make one for 11am he stated he was booked, mind you he was doing nothing but standing at the door. He wasn’t helping anyone and it take all of 15 minutes for a wire. La verdad tuve un problema con un cajero saqué 300 dólares y el cajero se quedó solo con un ruido nome dio el dinero llame hice el reporte bueno me regresaron los 300 dólares temporalmente ayer 7 de julio Yame habían quitado 300 dólares llamo nunka contestan para mi es un rrobo es mejor cerrar esa cuenta con este banco nolo recomiendo a nadie
