Worse service ever, I'm looking for an overpayment I made on 10/3/16, called over 10 times and no one can give me an answer on where my money is. They all keep blaming other departments and that they are unable to get more information. They keep transferring over to different people with no real answer. You guys really need to have a better system. For what I can tell on the other reviews, I'm not the only one that is experiencing this awful service

Called to make payment and the supervisor Sonya greeted me by asking if I was calling because I seen the tow truck. Is that how banks great customers these days?
Will not even give 1 star...OMG I deal with 50+ vehicle loans for my company, and the ONLY ones that EVER have issues, 51 minutes just get a form for auto deduct for loan payments!!! I HATE WELLS FARGO WITH A PASSION!!!!
My vehicle was stolen and my insurance company sent requests to pay off my auto loan. The Specialist assigned could not be reached for 48 hours. Upon finally having the opportunity to speak with her, I was told,"there was a problem with my voice mail and informed she no longer is involved. It now has been referred to another department to respond. So I turn in my rental car today and all my insurance company requested was information to electronically pay off the loan. Well from hearing all the negative response on Wells Fargo. I'm not even going to ask for a response on a medical condition I have. Fcuk'em I guess. I'll just deal with it!
Made my payoff in 2 installments due to their system limitations. Now they are charging me an extra $270 plus to clear the loan. It seems that all the Wells Fargo companies could use some training in customer service and when its appropriate to just do the right thing. Either correct your online payment system to accept more than 3 months payments or when you select payoff allow you to pay online the full amount. Just wanting to steal is all they do.
