Having a car loan with Wells Fargo has been the most stressful experience, this is a terrible company. They make everything so complicated and have taken a $33 refund fee from me 4 times wrongfully. I make my payments on time every month and happened to be less than a week late one time but was told by Wells Fargo it should’ve only been taken out once. out dated , can't use a debit card to make a payment, you have to have a paper check .. unless you next to a branch , I would search out other financing options
paid out loan off in full two years after purchase. has been paid off for several months. we have received the payoff letter and the title to the vehicle and this lender is reporting late payments to the credit bureaus. no one has corrected the issue yet.
BUYER BEWARE! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU WANT GETTING YOUR TITLE TO BE IMPOSSIBLE!
ny bank paid off my truck 9 days ago still the payment hasn't posted .. the over night tracking shows they got the payment 9 days ago .. paid off .. the bank sends certified funds so there is no hold time .. I have been trying to close on my house for almost a week and its costing me waiting on wells fargo . please do not trust that they will show your car paid for in 3 to 5 business days.
Our Equinox that we have a loan out on started on fire and our insurance agency had sent a check to Wells Fargo dealer services. However, the check still hasn't posted to our account and I have not heard a word from anyone for over a week. Oh look.....Wells Fargo Dealer Services Login is down....AGAIN, you really need to start firing some people in your IT department. How is it the site is fine throughout the month but always goes down around the first of the month......At least 6 times in the last 18 months this has happened.....
