Worst loan company ever. Highest rates and try to pay your bill! What a joke. You must use the postal service unless you are available 8-5pm, Monday thru Friday. You would think if they were trying to get paid, they would make it easy to make a payment. Will not use them again.
I have never dealt with a more incompetent and careless institution. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with the first error, but even after filing a claim with them regarding my issues/concerns, they continued to disregard my complaints. I had a case opened with the office of the president dealing regarding the mistakes that were made on my account and even their office was nonchalant about the issues that I raised. Eleven weeks and counting in my quest to obtain a release of lien for vehicle financed through Wachovia in 2005. WTF? Recently put in touch with "Office of the President" They will not even acknowledge receipt of documents. I am unable to sell vehicle and have lost two sales. Soon I'll lose a third. This goddamn bank does not give a crap. Case ID 122951893.
Whatever you do, don't get a loan from this bank. The employees are rude and condescending and they are not professional at all. They are not trustworthy at all.
Would never recommend. Even to my worst enemy. They hire the worst people who swear at you for telling them you paid already.
I just called Wells Fargo Dealer Services, about an amt due on our auto loan. Spoke to a Rep named Luke, so rude! I have never had such an experience before, we have 3 Loans thru them! I asked a simple question and he kept going off track and would not answer my question. The pyt was higher this month and I wanted to know why.
