They are rip offs and I try to pay my payments and they DECLINE my payments.
5:20 AM i've sent over a fax generated on 12/06/2018 at 10:16am and it was confirmed a success on our deferment of our vehicle loan. Trying to make a Simple Automated payment takes over 20 minutes and that's if you get it to work, says your entry is invalid after several repeat attempts, transfers you to people without prompting. The people on line always act that it's the first time they heard of issues. Just annoying for a large bank that can't get it together
I have had two opportunities to deal with this comlany. My car needed repaors. Both times the company sends me a check that has to be endorsed by an approved wells fargo associate. It took an hour the first time to find some one to sign off. So the second time I called and made an appointment to habe someone eligible there to sign. Then they yell me o have to have the car repair shop we d a repair bill before they will sign off on the check. Why send me a check if you won't allow me to cash it. Last year they repoed my car without any warning, I got the certified letter a week later after having to pay 1500 bucks to get my car back. I pay my car payment at least 2x a month and my balance due never goes down. Really getting frustrated with them
the telephone service takes forever. 5 minutes to make a simple payment. the voice prompt speaks (what feels like) 5 words a minute. telephone service is a little inconvenient. otherwise, a decent service overall.
