WHEN MY WIFE FELL INTO HARD TIMES, MY FAMILY OFFERED TO HELP PAY HER VAN OFF. HER BALANCE WAS 3400 BUT ALL THEY COULD OFFER WAS 3000. WELLS FARGO REFUSED TO ACCEPT HER OFFER OF 3000 SAYING THAT THEY WERE LOOKING OUT FOR HER CREDIT SCORE. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO ADD A NEGATIVE REMARK TO HER CREDIT REPORT IF THEY WERE TO ACCEPT A SETTLEMENT OFFER. SHE NEVER MISSED ONE SINGLE PAYMENT IN 5 YEARS AND NEVER HAD A LATE PAYMENT IN 5 YEARS

I have a lemon suv that I'm current on payments with. I'd like them to allow it to be salvaged while I continue payments. Wells Fargo tells me the option is to have it repossessed. Now they refuse to pick it up and I can't have it salvaged due to the loan. They have the poorest of customer service, simply telling me "its up to discretion what to do with the vehicle." My mom had a stroke in October. I had been taking care of her for 26 years and now she has to live in a rehab center. So, now We are down to only my social security check to pay our bills. I tried to see if I could refinance my SUV so I would be able to buy food. See if you get paid after I starve to death. JERKS!!!

Can never get anyone on the phone. have called twice with over a 30min hold each time. unacceptable! Also can't make payments with debit cards very behind the times.

Hire more people so they can provide much more efficient service...or any actual service at all! Constantly transferred from department to department to department and NO ONE CAN DO THE SIMPLEST OF TASKS!

By not changing the terms of payment without putting in writing in the contract. This company seems like a legal SCAM operation.
