never answer the phone. Always put people on hold. call 3 days no answer.
Hire more people so they can provide much more efficient service! Hold time over the last 3 days, all 3 times I've called has been 25 minutes just for that department to transfer me to another department that I have to hold for just to be transferred to another department I have to hold for, again! AND STILL NO ONE CAN ACTUALLY HELP ME simply get a piece of paper stating that my account is closed and the loan was paid off 4 AND A HALF YEARS AGO! This is ridiculous!
Never gonna deal with this company again. I just paid off my car but they still took my recurring payment. I tried to call them but says my accpunt number doesn’t exist nor my SS number. I’m glad I paid off my balance so I won’t have to deal this crappiest company ever again.
I started calling the customer service line this morning at 7:45 CT this morning. They open at 5:00am PT. I put my accout number of which the recording said "did not exists". I'm am still on hold at 9:03 CT listening to this horrible music. Such a waste of time. At the first chance I get I will pay this loan and never go back!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER constantly call me and when I try to make extra principal only payment of $5000 i cant get anyone to do it but get transferred to 4 different ppl theres a REASON they have been in the news and in trouble with the law stay away

whoever may read this -- keep tabs on legal action against wells fargo dealer services. They've been found guilty in several class action suits. They broke laws with my loan. Duplicative insurance, excessive charges, harassment, etc..The only way to stop these practices is to participate in legal actions, and get reimbursed.
