AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I wish I could have seen the reviews first before buying my Kia here. They have terrible customer service and will try to multi-task while you’re with them. I don’t know about you guys but if I’m with a customer I don’t like to disrespect them by working on other stuff or people! Plus I bought my car in December and still have not received my plates?!? This place sucks 4 months waited for plates Temp plates installed wrong
I purchased a vehicle in December and am STILL waiting for the dealership to process my registration in March. Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced! Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
OMG THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST THEY GOT MY DAUGHTER AND I APPROVED AND THEY STAYED OPEN FOR US UNTIL 1130 PM UNTIL MY DAUGHTER GOT OUT OF WORK TO SIGN ALL THE PAPER WORK YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST VIVA KIA.....BIG BIG SHOUT OUT TO RHUBEN AND MR JEFF.....
I had a great experience buying the car the salesmen were awesome. However, almost 2 months later I’m am having problems with the finance department. My trade in has not been paid from the bank yet. The bank tells me that I’m out of compliance with my loan because the car is not insured ( because I don’t have it). The bank is also telling me they will report me to the credit bureau if I don’t pay my loan, for a car Kia bought from me.
