Hello, Yesterday I purchased a vehicle from you all and I'd like to give my feedback on the service that i was provided. Eugene Perez was our salesman and he is AMAZING he drove us to every dealership to help us find the perfect vehicle I was a VERY VERY difficult customer and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that we walked out with a new vehicle. I had such a great experience here, even after looking at multiple vehicles Eugene and Javier were able to get me and my wife into a vehicle we could afford and met all our needs and we were happy with the vehicle we left with. We will recommend them to all our friends!
They are all help full they are nice they will help fine something for you. The one that help his name if Alex and he is very help.
I left this dealership feeling great.. and realized that that is where it ended. False promises from our salesman and when a paint touch up was done (that was promised) ended up in making even more problems.. I’ve had enough. It took 12 hours for a basic paint touch up that doesn’t even match and now have giant lines down the side of the door when there were about 4 little spots to fix. Did a great job on the repair and they had a fast turn around on the repair under warranty. Highly recommended for in warranty repairs.
Not good at all almost 3 hour to replace a brand new tires
