Service dept is in shambles...so much turnover....getting a return call from anyone is like pulling teeth...I’m talking from the GM on down. As a matter of fact, I can’t even get a response from the Viva home office....makes me believe they couldn’t care less...and I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from KIA from 2015...the sales team is great...the only redeeming factor...
