Bought a new Telliride. Had the vehicle in for window tinting. The vehicle was filthy. The dealer picked it up for detail cleaning and had the vehicle in an accident. The incident even hit our insurance. They did give us a rental during repairs and a year of free oil changes but the vehicle isn’t the same. Some noise from the dash. Won’t work with them again. Should of offered to trade it in for a new one. Very disappointed

My entire experience was good - from start to finish. My wife and I have bought from Viva Kia before and they are fairly close to where we live, so we went with them again. Everyone is so helpful, they take the time to help you if you need something, and, it doesn't hurt that the cars they sell are so handsome and reliable. I give Viva Kia 5 out of 5 stars and will not hesitate to come back there for another car one day!
