Started with sales person not knowledgeable at all. Lack customer service. As well as manger leo. Drove car off the lot a month a go. Instead of calling me to inform me of any issues with financing. I received a text message telling me to bring the vehicle back. I was highly upset spoke with manager and instead of trying to understand my point of view he dismissed me. General manager Eloy Juarez is a total jerk. I spoke with him today about multiple calls that I been receiving from number 915 600 7620, he was rude, sarcastic, and disrespecful.
The Service Department is Excellent! They are honest people that will give you great recommendations on how to maintain your car!
Starting to seriously regret going with Viva Kia. Should've gone to Casa Kia instead. Service stops at Viva Kia when you drive off the lot. It's been 2 weeks and I STILL have not heard back from anyone regarding my concern. The only good thing here is Norma Ovalle because she works hard for you.
