Recently I posted a rating of 2 stars. I had a bad experience with my 2014 kia soul, needless to say Mr Juarez (gm),contacted me with the intent to help me with my problem. He was able to help me and I am changing my rating. Good customer service thank you.
I wish I would have read these before going. #vivakia was sure to call me 10 times a day when they wanted my business, and then bam! The worst dealership I have ever worked with!!! They lost paperwork numerous times, service department cannot hold up promises or deadlines. And I had service last week, supposedly the porter took my car key home, so they said key would be back the next day, which it was not. Viva has the worst cust. Serv they take for ever mom has been waiting for plates for 3months an nothing has been resolved. The finance guys and the girl thats there made me sign a blank contract and she put lots of things that I wasnt aware of super bad. Would not recommend nooooooo oneeeee now im having trouble canceling all the things that finance guys added oil changesss oooooo nooooo wait time even with appointment horrible.
The techs at Viva Kia/Suzuki, in El Paso, couldn't find what was wrong with my Evap emission system on my XL7. Not sure how they missed the big hole in the Evap canister.
3 hrs for a car wash not cool....
Bought our 4th car with kia and having issues with our tire since second day its not even a month old and sale guy says go to a tire shop to see what they tell you, wow!
Good purchase with vehicle but absolutely bad in Service Department.
