I didn't go in there expecting a car, but they found the best deals that would better suit my needs. The customer service was great!
I went in to buy a car a guy named Sal helped me out and was amazing! Very patient with me.. I think I drove like 3-4 cars and he really helped me. It was my first experience and amazing !
Jacob Ruvalcaba made my first car shopping experience incredible! Walked out with a 2015 Kia Soul, completely in love!!! Finance, service and Manny Vazquez were all incredibly attentive and thoughtful!
We have brought our Soul here several times for oil changes and other maintenance, as well as for a recall repair. Although sometimes a bit slow, they are very friendly and check on you often and overall we have no complaints about service. We purchased our Forte from them last month, and it was a really good experience. I would recommend them highly, especially over the other Kia dealership in El Paso.

On July 7, 2016, my daughter took her Kia Optima into the service department in regards to a recall letter she had received. The service department informed her that they knew nothing about the letter and would have to check with Kia. During the day, she called to inquire as to what was wrong with her car and when the car would be ready.
