Recently i went to via kia on montana and saw some real nice cars for me and my daughter real clean. Unfortunately I was not able to get one at the time. However the sales man Jose Luis Dominguez was real helpful and nice very friendly. He showed my daughter some cars she turns 18 in June says he may be able to get her behind the wheels soon.. I bought a new Optima SX from VIVA KIA and the car was everything i wanted until my car had a power steering light come on one morning while backing up 32 days after purchasing it. I took it in and they said they were so busy they were unable to even look at the issue until the following Friday which would leave me with out a car for around 9 days and then said KIA only offers a loaner car for 3 days, which after speaking with KIA Corporate office was a complete lie. Bought a new Sorrento at the beginning of the year and I can honestly say it was a great experience. Friendly salesman Felipe Jarquin and the sales manager (unfortunately I can't recall his name) gave me the incentive to come back to the dealership after a few days of looking at other vehicles. The good price and excellent financing through Kia Motor Finance clinched the deal. I hope when I need service the excellent mojo will continue. Will keep you posted.
Finally!!!!!!!!!!!! Service has a real manager with Kia experience and a great personality. The new Service manager is turning things around. Thank you Kathy Armstrong. A must see to believe you won't be disappointed.

When it comes time for anybody to upgrade your vehicle I recommend that you avoid this place like the plague, I bought a car from them and so far I have had nothing but problems with it. They don't do what they say they are going to do and it is like pulling teeth to get a call back from them. I don't think it has anything to do with race like someone on here said, I think it is just bad business and until people call them on it they won't change it
