Worked with Sales Consultant Jose Ponce, purchased a 2014 Kia Optima... very professional and outstanding customer service. Came in not thinking I was going to buy but between Jose and Mr. Juarez the dealing began. I am thankful my visit and purchase was a complete success. Totally recommend Viva Kia!!!
Purchase our Kia Sportage in 2006, love it, had to upgrade to a newer model 2015 Kia Sorento, fully loaded...totally love it... Overall my experience has been great... Good return calls, notifications, text, etc... I'm a stickler for getting numbers too; to make sure my concerns are fully acknowledged as well... and also to work together with sales, parts, and the service departments, to make sure there schedule and mine are on the same page... Can't say anything bad thus far... Love my Kia and Viva Kia, El Paso, Texas....�
Horrible service. Couldn't figure out how to fix the car... took them a month and then they broke parts of the inside. Almost broke my key and then try to give it back with problems it's had when I first brought it in....
Almost had to put a ferrel mexican mechanic down yesterday when his "Latrino honor" was offended after I had to fix his thinking and the clerk in the parts department about speaking English to a White man, or speaking English being north of the river for any matter. Its pathetic that these fuzzy foreigners think they can actually go up against a white man. (He ran to go get eloi juarez, another coward who doesnt have the balls to look a man in the eyes, let alone fix his employees. But this is how viva kia conducts business,... read more
