Items were stolen from my vehicle when it was being serviced and the only response I got from the service manager, John Sanchez was that it is a known fact everywhere that all valuables must be taken from the vehicle before it is serviced. If only I knew that one cannot trust a team of "proffesionals". They went through my glove comparment and trunk eventl though they were only replacing the A/C valve. And btw they do not have cameras or so they claim.
Brandon provided an amazing experience. went over everything the car needed. they even washed the car!! Thank you Brandon and thank you Viva Kia!!!
