My experience was pleasant. I went in with small hopes and surprisingly left with a new car. My credit isn't good but somehow they were able to get me approved for financing with a low interest rate. The lowest rate I've ever seen with my credit rating. I highly recommend! Ask for Omar.
Over charged and under served.
Jose (PEPE) our salesman seemed a little too hungry, lied right off the bat and said if we purchased the car then and there we’d get a free complimentary oil change at whatever comes first; 10,000 miles or 1 year of owning the vehicle. Now when the time came for the first oil change at 10,000 the service guy, made me look for the salesman (instead of calling up a coworker, makes me do it, very unprofessional) salesman Jose runs to his accountant to come back and say they dont do that. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change on 08/22/25. Even with an appointment it took 2hrs for an oil change. 3 days later "Low Engine Oil" alert goes off on my car. Took the car back Tues afternoon. When I explained the problem, the service department agent, Juan, said the oil level was in fact low so they would take a look for leaks and see what the problem was. When it comes to the service it is not terrible, but it is what you should come to expect from a dealership. Now when it comes to just getting service, I hope you don't want to sit around because if you are there for more than 5 minutes for service you will feel more than pressured to look at, test drive, get a quote, or buy a car. I told the salesman I did not plan on or want to buy a car, and he tried anything and everything to get me into one.
