We had probably the best car buying experience of our lives at Viva Kia. Antonio Providence was our sales person. The process was very smooth and timely. Our sales person was friendly and professional and answered all of our questions and concerns expertly.
DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP OR AT ANY VIVA DEALERSHIPS! This dealership is very unprofessional and does not value a customer. Save your hard earned money and save your precious time by purchasing a vehicle at another dealership. Save yourself from headaches dealing with Viva Kia or any Viva dealership. This is my second time buying a car from them and both experiences have been great. They took the time to answer any questions I have as well as show me all the different parts of the vehicle and show me how to use different things so that way I knew what I was doing when I left. Would definitely buy again from them.
They are the best at customer service. Go with Omar he finds you the perfect vehicle and the approval you need. Second time I purchase a vehicle from him.
